Vegetable soup with baby okra on organic farro, yellow paprika on coconut oil with cabbage, onion, tomatoes, and cilantro, young arugula with avocado and shredded carrot sprinkled with squeezed lemon juice, prunes, mixed nuts. Homemade water kefir.

Here on this picture I’m trying Beyond Meat burger for the second time. Have to admit it looks little scary on a grill ;))) but tastes great!
Not sure if I’m aiming for such (still) heavily processed food.
Recently, four retreats in rainforest and work with Ayahuasca, taught me simplicity, and I believe I’m rather going for real, fresh, unprocessed food so more examples to come and hoping to keep up with Aya lessons and my resolutions.
